The overreach boot was launched in 1986. Cologne saw the first 'Westropp Over-reach Boot' where it won New Product of the Year. Designed especially for cross-country, they were quickly used by many famous riders and they continue to be used internationally today.

2008 saw the first boots arrive under the Shires with Westropp banner. They are now in all good reatilers accross the world.
